The latest release of D&B Hoovers, powered by Gemini for Google Cloud, introduces three AI features that significantly accelerate the prospecting and market analysis process. With SmartMail AI, SmartSearch AI, and Prospect Score, users can find the right prospects faster and better prioritize their outreach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SmartMail AI: personalized emails<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

SmartMail AI generates personalized email texts for contacts with an available email address. The feature automatically creates an initial draft that can be customized in tone, language, and content. This significantly reduces the time needed to write effective messages and ensures more consistent communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SmartSearch AI: building relevant lists quickly<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With SmartSearch AI, you can compile prospect lists with a simple search query. For example, you can specify that you are looking for companies within a specific sector or contacts with a certain job title. The results can then be easily refined and expanded. It is also possible to switch between lists of companies and the contacts within those companies, giving you flexibility in your work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prospect Score: focus on the best leads<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

(Only available for D&B Hoovers Predict Subscribers)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Prospecting Score shows the extent to which a prospect resembles your existing customers. The model is built based on a list of DUNS numbers and combines more than 100 data points about company characteristics with thousands of online signals, such as keywords from company websites. This can improve predictive value by up to 250%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The score ranges from 0 to 100 and is classified into classes from A to E. Companies with a higher score are more likely to be your ideal customers. The scores are added to company profiles and are also available as a filter in searches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The model can be activated via the Prospect Scoring tile in D&B Hoovers. Once the model has been run, the scores are visible and usable for all users within the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
