The latest update of\u202findueD\u202fintroduces improvements that provide higher performance and better insight into monitoring alerts. This enables you to work faster, more efficiently, and with greater control over your due diligence activities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"IndueD<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Faster and more flexible processing of ownership structures<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Within IndueD, it is now possible to separate the calculation of ownership structures, the so-called \u201cshareholding chain\u201d and \u201cshareholding graph\u201d, from the due diligence process. This technical optimization ensures that both processes operate independently, resulting in more stable and faster processing, particularly for large, complex UBO structures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Users now have more flexibility, with the option to start the chain calculation manually when needed or to have it run automatically in all cases. This new setting can be easily configured by the Administrator in the Back Office under Display Parameters. If the manual option is chosen, the indueD application will clearly indicate when a calculation is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These improvements have also been implemented within\u202fPortfolio. A new enrichment of the entire portfolio no longer triggers a chain calculation, reducing system load and allowing actions to be performed more quickly. At the same time, logging has been enhanced. In the Settings\u00a0Logs<\/em> , the use of Light Reports, automatic calculations of ownership structures, and the display of hybrid entities are now also recorded. This provides greater transparency in system usage and configuration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Greater Insight into Dow Jones Alerts\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For clients using Dow Jones as a screening partner, the display of alerts has been further improved. Upon receiving a Screening Alert, it is now immediately clear which changes have occurred in a profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A hyperlink has been added in the Alert section of the file, providing access to a detailed overview of all changes within the Dow Jones profile. On a single screen, you can see the date, type of change, category, and content of the update. This makes it easier to quickly assess relevant changes without additional searching. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What this release means\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With this update, processes within\u202findueD\u202fare further separated, and monitoring visibility has been enhanced. This results in shorter wait times, more stable performance, and greater transparency in changes. For users, this means that tasks, especially those involving more complex structures, are carried out more consistently and clearly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
