AI seems to be the holy grail for growth. Organizations are investing in tools that predict customer behavior, personalize marketing campaigns, and automatically identify sales opportunities. The promise is huge: smarter working, faster decision-making, and better performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, in practice, many AI projects get stuck in the pilot phase. Not because the technology disappoints, but because the organization is not yet ready for it. Real progress does not start with an algorithm, but with the basics: data, processes, and people that are in order. That is what AI Readiness is all about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AI can only perform well if the data it runs on is reliable. Yet we see many organizations launching their first AI initiatives without having a grip on data quality. Customer information is scattered across different systems, data is incomplete or outdated, and departments work with their own definitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The result? AI models that make incorrect connections or see patterns that aren't there. The technology does exactly what it is asked to do, but learns from data that is incorrect. In other words: garbage in, garbage out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
