Van de Beeten. \u00ab <em>De plus en plus d\u2019entreprises pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent anticiper plut\u00f4t que r\u00e9agir lorsqu\u2019un probl\u00e8me survient. Regardez des acteurs num\u00e9riques comme Bol.com ou Coolblue : chez eux, la gestion du cr\u00e9dit est pleinement int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise. Il ne s\u2019agit pas de recouvrement \u00e0 court terme, mais de fid\u00e9lisation des clients. Acqu\u00e9rir un nouveau client co\u00fbte en effet plus cher que d\u2019en conserver un existant ; les organisations doivent donc agir de mani\u00e8re plus intelligente et proactive.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Humains et technologie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Selon M. Van de Beeten, le principal d\u00e9fi consiste \u00e0 trouver le bon \u00e9quilibre entre les personnes, les processus et la technologie. \u00ab <em>Le facteur humain est le plus instable, mais aussi le plus essentiel. La technologie, elle, est plus rapide, plus coh\u00e9rente et moins sujette aux erreurs. Pourtant, certains clients ont simplement besoin de se sentir \u00e9cout\u00e9s. Il faut donc conjuguer les deux : des processus automatis\u00e9s, efficaces, mais qui laissent aussi la place \u00e0 un contact humain. C\u2019est cet \u00e9quilibre qui d\u00e9termine le succ\u00e8s.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La valeur de la qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Un autre th\u00e8me cl\u00e9 \u00e9voqu\u00e9 dans la conversation est la combinaison des donn\u00e9es internes et externes. M. Van de Beeten explique : \u00ab <em>Se baser uniquement sur son propre historique de paiement revient \u00e0 ignorer le contexte plus large. En combinant vos donn\u00e9es de paiement internes avec des informations d\u2019entreprise externes, vous pouvez d\u00e9terminer si un client paie en retard uniquement chez vous ou si ce comportement se retrouve sur l\u2019ensemble du march\u00e9. Cela change la donne. Vous identifiez ainsi beaucoup plus vite s\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un probl\u00e8me relationnel ou d\u2019un v\u00e9ritable profil \u00e0 risque. De cette mani\u00e8re, vous r\u00e9duisez les risques et am\u00e9liorez la pr\u00e9visibilit\u00e9 de vos flux de tr\u00e9sorerie.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">L\u2019incidence concr\u00e8te sur la pratique est consid\u00e9rable. Les entreprises peuvent affiner leur approche de suivi : \u00ab <em>Un client pr\u00e9sentant un faible risque recevra simplement un SMS de rappel convivial, tandis qu\u2019un comportement de paiement qui se d\u00e9t\u00e9riore justifiera un contact plus personnel. Cette diff\u00e9renciation permet d\u2019utiliser les ressources plus efficacement et de r\u00e9duire la charge de travail. <\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Combien d\u2019argent une plainte peut-elle bloquer ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Selon M. Van de Beeten, de nombreuses organisations peinent encore \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir leurs flux de tr\u00e9sorerie de mani\u00e8re fiable. Il identifie trois conditions : la segmentation, la communication et l\u2019organisation. <br>\u00ab <em>Tous les clients ne doivent pas \u00eatre trait\u00e9s de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re. Une segmentation dynamique, capable de s\u2019adapter aux changements, est indispensable. Le client doit aussi \u00eatre inform\u00e9 de son retard de paiement, par le bon canal et avec le ton appropri\u00e9. Enfin, l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019organisation doit \u00eatre impliqu\u00e9 dans le processus de recouvrement : la rapidit\u00e9 avec laquelle les erreurs sont corrig\u00e9es, qu\u2019elles proviennent des ventes, de la finance, de la logistique ou du marketing, influence directement le flux de tr\u00e9sorerie. La technologie joue ici un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la gestion des probl\u00e8mes, il est possible d\u2019identifier pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les montants bloqu\u00e9s dans les plaintes ainsi que les goulots d\u2019\u00e9tranglement au sein de l\u2019organisation, afin de les r\u00e9soudre de mani\u00e8re structurelle. Les tableaux de bord rendent ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments concrets et mesurables. <\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019IA comme acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur, pas comme rempla\u00e7ant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019IA est d\u00e9sormais in\u00e9vitable dans ce domaine, mais M. Van de Beeten insiste sur son usage pragmatique : \u00ab<em>Nous avons, par exemple, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un agent IA qui aide les clients \u00e0 configurer l\u2019application et \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs questions de fond. Cela fait gagner un temps consid\u00e9rable. L\u2019IA prend en charge les t\u00e2ches r\u00e9p\u00e9titives et rend les processus plus \u00e9volutifs. Mais le facteur humain reste essentiel, notamment dans les situations complexes ou sensibles. L\u2019IA vient renforcer les \u00e9quipes, pas les remplacer. Nos clients appr\u00e9cient d\u2019ailleurs \u00e9norm\u00e9ment le service client personnalis\u00e9.<\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Le logiciel de MaxCredible a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 pour le Prix de l\u2019innovation en cr\u00e9dit, qui sera remis lors du Credit Expo 2025. Le jury du VCMB d\u00e9clare \u00e0 ce sujet : MaxCredible a transform\u00e9 sa plateforme en un syst\u00e8me auto-apprenant, propuls\u00e9 par l\u2019IA, qui optimise \u00e0 la fois la tr\u00e9sorerie et les relations clients. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses analyses pr\u00e9dictives et \u00e0 une communication empathique, la plateforme r\u00e9duit les retards de paiement, tandis que le r\u00f4le du gestionnaire de cr\u00e9dit \u00e9volue : il ne se limite plus \u00e0 \u00ab chasser les dettes \u00bb, mais devient un v\u00e9ritable \u00ab strat\u00e8ge du cr\u00e9dit \u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diriger strat\u00e9giquement \u00e0 l\u2019aide de tableaux de bord<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Les CFO consultent de plus en plus souvent des tableaux de bord d\u00e9riv\u00e9s des KPI de leur(s) \u00e9quipe(s). Selon M. Van de Beeten, leur port\u00e9e s\u2019\u00e9largit progressivement : \u00ab <em>Il ne s\u2019agit plus seulement d\u2019indicateurs financiers. D\u00e9sormais, certains tableaux de bord int\u00e8grent m\u00eame des donn\u00e9es sur la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de CO\u2082. Gr\u00e2ce aux int\u00e9grations avec diff\u00e9rentes sources de donn\u00e9es, comme Salesforce, il est possible d\u2019approfondir consid\u00e9rablement vos analyses. Mais \u2013 et c\u2019est essentiel \u2013 un tableau de bord n\u2019est jamais plus fiable que les donn\u00e9es qu\u2019il exploite.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019importance des partenariats<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">En se tournant vers l\u2019avenir, M. Van de Beeten pr\u00e9voit une int\u00e9gration encore plus \u00e9troite des donn\u00e9es et de la technologie tout au long du processus de commande \u00e0 encaissement (order-to-cash). \u00ab <em>Dans un monde id\u00e9al, les clients paieraient imm\u00e9diatement \u2013 mais nous n\u2019aurions alors plus de travail,<\/em> \u00bb plaisante-t-il. \u00ab <em>La r\u00e9alit\u00e9, elle, exige davantage d\u2019automatisation et une gestion des risques plus intelligente. Les nouvelles technologies continueront de transformer le march\u00e9, et les partenariats joueront un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans cette \u00e9volution. La collaboration avec Altares Dun &amp; Bradstreet en est un bon exemple : en combinant des donn\u00e9es externes avec les donn\u00e9es de paiement internes, on obtient une approche \u00e0 la fois pr\u00e9visible, automatis\u00e9e et centr\u00e9e sur le client. Cela permet aux entreprises du monde entier d\u2019assurer un flux de tr\u00e9sorerie plus stable tout en renfor\u00e7ant leurs relations clients.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La force de la co-cr\u00e9ation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Pour conclure, M. Van de Beeten partage ce dont il est personnellement fier : \u00ab <em>Notre logiciel est d\u2019une tr\u00e8s grande qualit\u00e9, mais la v\u00e9ritable valeur r\u00e9side dans la mani\u00e8re dont nous le faisons \u00e9voluer ensemble avec nos clients. Nous discutons de leurs processus, ajoutons des fonctionnalit\u00e9s qui r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 leurs besoins et veillons \u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils puissent en tirer le meilleur parti.
