Chaque \u00e9quipe a ses propres processus, objectifs et donn\u00e9es. C\u2019est historiquement logique, mais, dans la pratique, cela se heurte souvent \u00e0 un fait essentiel :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Votre client ne voit pas les d\u00e9partements. Votre client voit une seule entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et pourtant, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de votre client est souvent \u00e9loign\u00e9e de ce que vous mettez en place en interne. L\u00e0 o\u00f9 vous notez des \u00ab transferts \u00bb entre d\u00e9partements, votre client ressent justement de la friction. C\u2019est ici que la confiance na\u00eet\u2026 ou se perd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Targeting<\/strong> \u2013 \u00ab Vous semblez pertinent pour moi. \u00bb<br>\u2192 Les clients attendent de la pertinence, pas du bruit. Les donn\u00e9es et le timing d\u00e9terminent si vous vous d\u00e9marquez ou si vous vous noyez dans la masse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Onboarding<\/strong> \u2013 \u00ab Je me lance. Facilitez-moi la vie. \u00bb<br>\u2192 La premi\u00e8re vraie collaboration. Ici, la facilit\u00e9 donne le ton pour toute la relation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Utilisation et croissance<\/strong> \u2013 \u00ab Je veux tirer de la valeur de ce que j\u2019utilise. \u00bb<br>\u2192 Ici, vous devez prouver que la promesse et la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 sont align\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Encaissements<\/strong> \u2013 \u00ab Je comprends que je dois payer. Soyez clair et \u00e9quitable. \u00bb<br>\u2192 La mani\u00e8re dont vous g\u00e9rez les paiements en dit plus sur votre orientation client que bien des campagnes marketing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9cup\u00e9ration<\/strong> \u2013 \u00ab Il y a eu un probl\u00e8me. Y a-t-il un moyen pour revenir en arri\u00e8re ? \u00bb<br>\u2192 C\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment \u00e0 cette \u00e9tape que vous montrez votre v\u00e9ritable nature. La r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration n\u2019est pas une d\u00e9pense, mais une chance de r\u00e9tablir la confiance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque phase contient des moments d\u00e9cisifs. Pour le client et pour votre organisation. Lorsque le d\u00e9partement Ventes conclut un contrat sans informations de cr\u00e9dit ? Lorsque le d\u00e9partement Finance contacte un client sans conna\u00eetre sa valeur ou son historique ? Les processus internes vont se structurer autour de la logique client plut\u00f4t que de la logique des d\u00e9partements. Cela conduit \u00e0 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Une conversion plus rapide<\/strong> \u2013 car les leads pertinents sont trait\u00e9s en priorit\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Une meilleure exp\u00e9rience client<\/strong> \u2013 car les transferts deviennent fluides<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Moins de risques<\/strong> \u2013 car tout le monde travaille avec les m\u00eames signaux<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Une valeur \u00e0 vie du client plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e<\/strong> \u2013 car le client reste plus longtemps et paie mieux<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Il ne s\u2019agit pas d\u2019un id\u00e9al \u00ab soft \u00bb centr\u00e9 sur le client, mais d\u2019une optimisation rigoureuse des processus guid\u00e9e par la boussole du client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9flexion pour les \u00e9quipes commerciales centrales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Imaginez que vous aligniez votre organisation interne sur le parcours client.<br>Que chaque \u00e9quipe, \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape, se pose la question : \u00ab Que vit le client en ce moment \u2013 et que devons-nous faire \u00e0 cet instant pr\u00e9cis ? \u00bb Et si les donn\u00e9es, les signaux et les d\u00e9cisions \u00e9taient organis\u00e9s \u00e0 travers les \u00e9quipes plut\u00f4t qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de fronti\u00e8res fonctionnelles ? Dans ce cas, vous ne construisez plus un processus lin\u00e9aire. Vous construisez une machine de croissance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans mon travail, j\u2019observe chaque jour des organisations qui peinent \u00e0 allier vitesse et rigueur. Ces organisations atteignent leurs KPI, mais perdent la confiance des clients. Ou inversement. La cl\u00e9 ne r\u00e9side pas dans davantage d\u2019outils, de tableaux de bord ou de processus.
