How does dataxess connect with SAP?
dataxess connects through SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), rather than injecting custom code into the core ERP system. This enables a Clean Core integration with a plug-and-play setup.
Does dataxess require custom development inside SAP?
No. dataxess is BTP-native with zero core modification. Nothing touches the SAP core.
Do we need a separate SAP BTP licence?
No. Access to the required BTP capability is included in the dataxess for SAP licence itself.
Does Altares store our SAP data?
No. dataxess does not persist or store data outside of what is written into SAP standard Business Partner fields. It is an access and integration layer, not a data warehouse.
How long does implementation take?
Starter deploys in two half-day sessions. Pro follows a guided project with clear stages. Because dataxess is BTP-native, nothing touches the SAP core.
Can dataxess support multiple SAP systems?
Yes. Once connected through BTP, extending to an additional SAP system is a configuration step on the existing platform, not a new integration project.
