Do you do business with companies in Australia or New Zealand? From 24 August 2026, you will have access to updated business data and new risk scores. Dun & Bradstreet is welcoming Equifax as its new Worldwide Network partner for these markets. You can continue working in your trusted D&B products, while the underlying data is updated.

One global standard for data quality

Dun & Bradstreet’s Worldwide Network connects local data partners across more than 200 countries and territories. All partners are required to comply with the same Data Quality Framework, which sets strict requirements for coverage, accuracy, completeness and timeliness. Equifax has also been assessed against this standard. During the transition, you may notice differences in certain data fields and temporarily receive more notifications. These differences reflect the application of the quality standards and do not indicate a decline in data quality. Your access to the products will continue uninterrupted throughout the transition.

New Failure and Delinquency Scores for both markets

Alongside the new data source, Dun & Bradstreet is introducing a new Failure Score and Delinquency Score for both markets. The Failure Score predicts the likelihood that a company will seek legal protection from creditors or cease operations without fully repaying its debts within the next 12 months. The Delinquency Score predicts the likelihood that a company will become severely overdue on payments within the next 12 months. Related indicators will also be updated, including the D&B Rating, Supplier Evaluation Risk Rating and Maximum Credit Recommendation.

It is important to note that the new scores have been calibrated using the new data and therefore represent a new baseline. Old and new scores should not be compared directly. Do you use these scores for automated credit decisions or monitoring workflows? Review your thresholds and decision rules after the new scores go live.

Available in all D&B Products from 24 August 2026

The implementation will take place during the weekend of 21 August 2026. From Monday, 24 August 2026, the new data and scores will be available across all Dun & Bradstreet products, including business reports, APIs and web platforms. The complete score database will be updated during the two weeks following the launch. Your contract, products and delivery channels will remain unchanged.

What does this mean for your organization?

For most customers, the transition will take place automatically. Are you already monitoring companies in Australia or New Zealand? No action is required. Do you have questions about the impact on your systems or credit processes? Please contact your account manager or our customer service team. They will be happy to assist you.
