Brussels, June 2, 2026 โ€“ Business data expert Altares Dun & Bradstreet joins forces with Jobdigger, a Dutch HR-tech and labor market data company that collects, analyzes, and enriches job postings with AI and labor market insights. Jobdigger processes between 60 and 70 million job postings annually across various European countries. By automatically linking job vacancy data to up-to-date company information, both parties aim to further strengthen the quality, consistency, and scalability of labor market data.

Jobdigger collects publicly available online job postings and converts them into usable labor market data. In doing so, the company extracts more than 80 data points from job postings, such as employer, job title, work location, and salary, and stores them in a structured way for various applications. Staffing agencies, job boards, governments, and research institutions use this data for purposes including lead generation, populating job boards, better matching job vacancies, mapping labor market trends, and conducting research.

International expansion calls for a scalable solution

Jobdigger is currently active in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, and Austria and is working on further growth in Europe. During further expansion in Germany, Jobdigger encountered a practical challenge: unlike Belgium, the Netherlands, or France, Germany does not have a national business register. This makes it more complex to correctly link job vacancy data to companies at scale. To continue enriching data consistently and quickly in new markets as well, Jobdigger looked for a partner that could provide international and reliable company data. That partner was found in Altares Dun & Bradstreet.

Enrichment with company data

Through the Direct+ Data Blocks-solution companies can combine various data blocks based on their specific needs. These may include company data, financial information, compliance data, and more. Customers can then integrate these datasets into their own systems and applications. For Jobdigger, this means that job vacancies are automatically linked to and enriched with up-to-date company information, such as address details, industry information, company size, and geographic data.

โ€œWe originally worked with datasets that were updated quarterly and came from different suppliers, but as we continue to grow and process more job vacancies across different countries, we need a solution that allows us to scale up faster,โ€ says Tim Hartendorp, Chief Data & Operations at Jobdigger. โ€œToday, Altares Dun & Bradstreet makes the data available directly in our own database environment via the so-called โ€˜Universeโ€™ solution. This allows us to use the data directly in our job vacancy processing pipeline to match and enrich data faster, without having to make separate requests each time. At the same time, the dataset remains up to date on a daily basis and we have a universal format for all countries. This improves the quality of our data, makes it possible to automate further, and gives us more flexibility to expand into new countries faster.โ€

โ€œJobdigger is a strong technical company that works with enormous amounts of data. That called for more than a standard solution,โ€ says Marco Nobel, Commercial Director at Altares Dun & Bradstreet. โ€œTogether with Jobdigger, we looked at how we could make our company data directly available in their own systems, enabling them to work with this information more quickly and consistently. The solution currently supports Jobdigger in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, and Austria, while also providing a scalable foundation for further expansion across Europe.โ€
